Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what recent representations he has received from Toshiba on the future of the planned nuclear plant at Moorside; and if he will make a statement.

Ministers regularly meet new nuclear developers and the wider nuclear industry; this includes recent meetings with Toshiba and Nugen, with whom the Government remains in close contact as they develop their commercial plans.
