Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 22 June 2015 to Question 2039, on telecommunications, whether his Department plans to publish the Ofcom Communications Review discussion document before 21 July 2015.

Ofcom is an independent regulator and as such it is a matter for it to decide what to publish and when. The Terms of Reference of the Ofcom Strategic Review of Digital Communications, published by Ofcom on 12 March 2015, state that a public discussion document will be published in Summer 2015.
