Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many senior civil servants in his Department were on a leave of absence from work due to mental illness in each month of each year since the Department's creation.
This question was answered on 27th January 2017
The number of absences of this nature amongst our senior civil servants is low. We are unable to disclose figures broken down by category as it may be possible to identify individuals from the data.
