Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what progress has been made by HS2 Ltd on introducing an alternative dispute resolution for landowners relating to compensation.
This question was answered on 16th January 2017
An Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism for the HS2 project will be in place by May, when land for the railway starts to be permanently compulsorily acquired.
