Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what biosecurity standards will be followed when equipment and construction materials are imported into Ascension Island for resurfacing that island's runway.

The Ascension Island Government will aim to introduce the best biosecurity industry standards for all imported equipment and construction materials utilised in the runway resurfacing project.
