Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 1 December 2016 to Question 55124, whether her Department communicated the decision on the transfer of ownership of the former Glenburn Sports College site in Skelmersdale from her Department to Lancashire County Council to bodies other than Lancashire County Council.
This question was answered on 8th December 2016
Lancashire County Council were informed of the determination made by the Secretary of State to transfer the school site to their ownership in a letter dated 14 November 2016. No other parties have been informed.
