To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what proportion of secondary school teachers are (a) male and (b) female.
This question was answered on 12th December 2016
The proportion of male full-time equivalent teachers in service in state funded secondary schools in England, November 2015 is 38%. The proportion of females is 62%.
