Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what the timetable is for bringing forward the new Control of Trade in Endangered Species regulations.

Work is in progress to update the Control of Trade in Endangered Species Regulations. We intend to finalise our proposals over the coming months.
