The Government of National Accord is aware of the importance we attach to this matter. As Mr Ellwood noted in the 13 September debate in Westminster Hall, we will discuss the possibility of a meeting between victims’ representatives and the Libyan Government once a Libyan Minister of Justice has been appointed.
