Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, whether his Department has made a recent estimate of the cumulative cost of NHS reorganisation arising from the Health and Social Care Act 2014; and if he will make a statement.

There were no reorganisation costs to the National Health Service arising from the Care Act 2014.

The costs associated with the Act were set out in the Final Impact Assessment. This is available at:
