Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, (a) how much and (b) what forms of assistance have been provided to Qatar for countering terrorism as part of the Sharaka project between the UK and Qatar.

The Sharaka is a bilateral forum between the United Kingdom and the State of Qatar. It covers a range of regional and bilateral issues, including occasional discussion of counter terrorism, for example our work through the Global Counter Daesh Coalition to tackle the threat posed by Daesh.
