Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what steps he is taking to improve the process of patient data transfer when moving from one GP to another.

The GP2GP project is working to ensure all clinical system suppliers are using the next version of GP2GP, Version 2.2 which is significantly improved.
