Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what progress is being made on making PrEP available on the NHS.

The Department is continuing to work closely with NHS England, NHS Improvement, Public Health England and local Government to ensure there is a seamless transition to routine commissioning of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) upon culmination of the PrEP Impact trial. We will set out how the programme will be funded very shortly.
