Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what steps he is taking to improve the procurement process in the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in response to the judgement arising from EnergySolutions EU Limited and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority of 29 July 2016.

The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) has sought leave to appeal the 29 July judgement. It is therefore not appropriate for the Government to comment further at this stage.
