Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many people with a Disabled Person's Freedom Pass in London are aged between 16 and 64; and how many people in London hold an Older Person's Freedom Pass.

The freedom pass is managed by London Councils and the Department has no involvement in issuing freedom passes or the eligibility criteria. We do not hold statistics on the number of people who hold different types of freedom passes.
