Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she has made an assessment of the effect of Hampshire police service's new contact management platform on the effectiveness of Hampshire police officers; and if she will make a statement.

Contact management is an operational matter for policing. Decisions about the allocation of police resources and deployment of officers are for Chief Constables and democratically accountable Police and Crime Commissioners. They are responsible for ensuring the needs of the local community are met.
