The information requested on the funding allocation for general practitioners (GP) in the Southampton City Clinical Commissioning Group area that is spent on leases and land is not collected centrally. NHS England advises that premises funding is assessed by the District Valuer and based on the amount of space primary care estates occupy. NHS England confirms that in 2015/16 the amount paid for primary care estates was £2,692,000.
