Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what research his Department has commissioned or undertaken on the safety of LED lights and other new technologies as a replacement for cat's eyes on roads.

No research has been commissioned or undertaken by the Department on the safety of active road studs with LED lights or other new technologies as a replacement for traditional road studs with reflectors.
