The Government delivered its oral statement before the International Court of Justice on 7 October 2025 in proceedings concerning the right to strike under International Labour Organization Convention No. 87. A verbatim record of the hearing, including the United Kingdom's oral statement, has been published by the International Court of Justice and is available at the following link: https://www.icj-cij.org/sites/default/files/case-related/191/191-20251007-ora-02-00-bi.pdf.

As the record is already publicly available, the Government does not plan to place a copy in the Library of the House.
