Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what guidance has been given by UK Security Vetting on whether support by a partner or spouse for a proscribed organisation is grounds for the revocation of Developed Vetting clearance.

The Cabinet Office has policies in place to guide the decision-making of UK Security Vetting and National Security Vetting decision-makers across government. In line with the practice of previous administrations we do not comment on individual clearance cases.
