Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, what is the status of the review by the Electoral Commission into foreign donations raised by the Conservative Party in the letter to the Commission of 20 June 2025, and the subsequent acknowledgement by the Commission of 23 June 2025, Reference A211326.
