To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the answer of 29 September 2026, to Queston 21037, Independent Football Regulator: Public Appointments, whether the chair of the Independent Football Regulator has recused himself.

Question 21037 concerned the appointment of Non-Executive Directors to the Independent Football Regulator. The Chair of the Independent Football Regulator has not recused himself from that appointments process.
