To ask the Right hon. Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, with reference to the Electoral Commission publication, How different levels of donation caps could affect political parties: sensitivity analysis, of 3 July 2026, whether the Electoral Commission has undertaken or commissioned any similar analysis in relation to the potential impact of the overseas contributor cap on political donations proposed in the Representation of the People Bill.

The Commission has not undertaken or commissioned such analysis.
