To ask the Right hon. Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, with reference to the Electoral Commission publication, Report on the 2026 England mayoral and local government elections, published 14 September 2026, whether the Commission considered the Birmingham City Council analysis of breaches and attempted breaches of ballot secrecy in the May 2026 local elections.

The Commission has reviewed the feedback from polling station staff at the May 2026 elections that was collated by Birmingham City Council. It may report on it in the future.
