To ask the Right hon. Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, whether the Electoral Commission has assessed whether donation V0598868 reported on 12 February 2025 was from a permissible donor.

Donation V0598868 was made for the purpose of paying for certain qualifying costs for an overseas visit. Such donations are permissible as long as they do not exceed a reasonable amount for the costs of the visit.
