To ask the Right hon. Member for Kenilworth and Southam, representing the Speaker's Committee on the Electoral Commission, whether the Electoral Commission has issued guidance on the use of (a) Account Freezing Orders and (b) Freezing Injunctions against a political party where a political donation was found by the Electoral Commission to be impermissible and is not returned by the party.

The Commission has not published guidance on Account Freezing Orders or Freezing Injunctions.
