Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether (a) his Department and (b) UKSV were notified of the referral of Lord Mandelson to the National Crime Agency in 2024.
This question was answered on 3rd June 2026
It would be inappropriate to comment on this while there is a live police investigation into Peter Mandelson.
