Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will update the terms of reference for the Independent Adviser on Ministerial Standards to allow him to (a) withdraw and (b) modify findings if they were based on (i) incomplete and (ii) inaccurate information.

The terms of reference for the Independent Adviser on Ministerial Standards are a matter for the Prime Minister.
