Ministerial Policy Advisers: Conduct

Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether any exemptions to the Cabinet Office Code of Conduct for Special Advisers have been granted to any Special Adviser since the formation of the current Government.
This question was answered on 30th September 2019
Special Advisers are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct for Special Advisers. I can confirm no exemptions to this requirement have been granted.
