Question to the Wales Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what mechanisms are in place to audit information provided to his Department by (a) regulatory bodies and (b) non-departmental public bodies.

The Office of the Secretary of State for Wales (OSSW) receives information from a wide range of regulatory bodies and non-departmental public bodies. The Office scrutinises and checks the information it receives as part of the normal course of business. OSSW itself has no arms-length bodies.
