Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether she has had discussions with the Port of London Authority on the possibility of identifying an alternative long-term berth for HMS President.

The department has not discussed HMS President with the Port of London Authority. In general, the department does not discuss heritage matters with the PLA, unless there is a need from the PLA for the department to act on its behalf. The PLA is a trust port and as such does not consult the department on its day-to-day operational decisions.
