Unlawful activity within this zone is a matter for the police. The police monitor unlawful activity within the Government Secure Zone, and share information with relevant partners. Offences such as illegal street trading are the responsibility of relevant local authorities.

In line with policy under successive administrations, security arrangements within the Government Secure Zone are not subject to detailed public disclosure.
