To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 20 May to Question 26458 on Oppression, if he will publish his speech to the Hong Kong Symposium on 27 April 2024.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
