Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what steps his Department plans to take to implement the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
