Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many applications have been (a) submitted, (b) accepted and (c) determined under the Urgent Crown Development procedure since that procedure came into force.

The MOD Bicester application has been published.

The public representation period ran from 7 to 17 September 2026.
