The national retention rate of teachers who qualified in the last 10 years is published in the ‘School Workforce in England’ statistical publication at the following link: https://explore-education-statistics.service.gov.uk/find-statistics/school-workforce-in-england.

Regional and local authority retention rates are not currently published. Figures for teachers who qualified in 2016 were published in the Teacher Analysis Compendium, which is availble on page 67 at: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/748164/Teachers_Analysis_Compendium_4_.pdf. Estimates have not been compiled for other time periods as this would incur disproportionate cost.
