Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many clinical services contracts awarded to private providers in England are of a duration of longer than five years.

NHS England and NHS Improvement have advised that this information is not held centrally.
Clinical commissioning groups and NHS England are responsible for awarding and holding contracts with providers for the services that they have a responsibility to commission.
