The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) does not hold information on Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) payments at a council level.

As at close of business on 3 July, 99.7% of farmers in Cumbria have received their full BPS 2016 payment. There are 14 farmers still to receive their payment. Of these 7 are held subject to the completion of probate; 3 are complete but waiting on information from the Scottish Government; and 4 are still to complete processing.

The RPA continues to focus on the completion of the remainder and dealing with any queries on BPS 2016 claims raised by farmers.
