Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant the Answer of 4 February 2019 to Question 214560 on Buildings: Insulation, whether the further testing to check the fire safety of building materials that his Department is commissioning with the Building Research Establishment has started.

The laboratory phase of this project is now underway. Once calibration is completed, testing should start in the first week of April.
