Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what representations he has received on the Streets Ahead campaign on pavement parking.

Last year this Department received around a thousand communications from Guide Dogs campaigners in support of two Private Members’ Bills on pavement parking.

Departmental officials have had contact with Guide Dogs and Living Streets over the last year, to discuss pavement parking.

I also attended the Guide Dogs parliamentary reception in June.
