Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, when he plans to publish a response to the Third Party Campaigning Review.

The Government is currently considering Lord Hodgson’s report on third party campaigning. It is considering the report alongside a number of other reports which have made recommendations about the framework of electoral law, such as the the Law Commission’s review of electoral law. The Government will respond to the issues raised in due course.
