To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what employment laws are currently in force in the British Indian Ocean Territory.

The British Indian Ocean Territory's Employment Ordinance No.7 of 1984 covers various aspects of employment on BIOT and is available in the House of business library.
