Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will place in the Library a copy of the (a) terms of reference, (b) membership, (c) timelines for delivery and (d) scheduled meeting dates of NHS England's Hepatitis C Collaboration Task and Finish Group.

NHS England's Hepatitis C Collaboration Task and Finish Group was established to examine issues involving a number of commissioners and bodies involved in the Hepatitis C pathway. Its final report will identify issues, actions and lead responsibilities. A date has not been set for the final meeting of the group, but it is planned for the last two weeks in April. A copy of the membership and terms of reference of the group is attached.
