Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether he has made an assessment of the potential merits of granting representation in the House of Commons to representatives of Gibraltar.
The Government of Gibraltar has not made any representations to Her Majesty's Government to propose representation in the House of Commons. We believe the fundamentals of our constitutional relationship are right but we are open to dialogue on any proposals put forward by the Government of Gibraltar.
