Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what steps his Department is taking to ensure that public funding allocated to licensed independent sector places for the termination of pregnancy is not used to campaign for changes in UK law; and if he will make a statement.

Clinical commissioning groups are responsible for the contracting of independent sector places to perform termination of pregnancy.
