Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 10 February 2015 to Question 223055, from whom he received stakeholder representations; on what dates he received such representations; and if he will publish those representations.

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport received several stakeholder representations from across a wide range of stakeholders on the Electronic Communications Code. The DCMS published a consultation on reforming the code on 26 February and will provide a Government response in line with normal Government practice.
