Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 11 February 2015 to Quesiton 223684, when the consultation on the framework of regulation that governs the balance of payments between broadcasters and platforms will open.
This question was answered on 3rd March 2015
The Department intends to consult shortly.
