Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many local authorities are in the Tranche 1 group for the roll out of universal credit; and how many such authorities have signed a delivery partnership agreement.

We expect to confirm delivery partnership agreements with all Local Authorities in Tranche 1 at the point they go-live with Universal Credit. A full list of local authorities included in Tranche 1 can be found here
