Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment has made of of the effect of foreign Islamic organisations that promote a Salfist Wahhabist ideology and violent extremism in the UK.

The Government take the threat of extremism, non-violent extremism as well as violent extremism, very seriously. We continuously build our understanding of the threat so we can respond to it appropriately.
As has been the policy of successive governments, the Government does not comment on matters relating to security.
