The DCMS has not made any estimate of when free Wi-Fi will be provided in all public libraries. Current desktop research indicates that up to 2000 public libraries (two-thirds) already have Wi-Fi. I refer the Hon. Member to the answer I gave on 14 January 2015 to PQ 220293.
